The number of matches generated is estimated and depends on real-time results. Each product search can return between 0 and 10 results, and credits are consumed per search. In the best-case scenario—where 10 valid matches are found per product, you can achieve up to 10× the number of credits in actual matches (e.g., 100 credits → up to 1000 matches).
Usage is always transparent. Credit consumption is calculated before each run so you’re in full control. You can choose how to run discovery for each product: By Code (ProductCode) – 1 credit per search; By Name (ProductName) – 1 credit per search; By Both – 2 credits per product

What is Discovery + AI Matching, and how is it different from SKU Automatch included in PriceVent plans?
Discovery + AI Matching is an advanced, credit-based service that goes beyond the default SKU and Title Matching features included in standard PriceVent plans. While SKU Automatch relies on exact identifiers (like EAN or MPN) and Title Matching uses simple string-based logic, Discovery + AI Matching combines semantic search, LLM-powered disambiguation, and confidence scoring to find true equivalents—even when titles differ, data is inconsistent, or identifiers are missing. It’s ideal for complex, multilingual catalogs and long-tail products.
Who can use the Discovery + AI Matching service?
The service is available to all PriceVent clients with an active subscription. It’s especially useful for companies managing large product catalogs, operating across multiple marketplaces, or working with incomplete or inconsistent data. Whether you’re a retailer, brand, or distributor, Discovery + AI Matching helps you uncover real competitors and validate product equivalence with much greater precision.
How much does the service cost, and what results can I expect?
The service uses a token-based pricing model. You can purchase credit packs starting from 100 credits (€25), 1,000 credits (€199), or 10,000 credits (€999). One credit is consumed per search, depending on the selected mode (by code, by name, or both). The number of matches per credit can vary based on results, up to 10 per search in the best-case scenario.
How can I purchase credits?
You can order credits by filling out the form available here. Very soon, you’ll also be able to purchase credits directly within the PriceVent app from the “My Account” section.
Can I try Discovery + AI Matching before committing?
Yes. For a limited time, all PriceVent clients with an active subscription can receive a free trial pack of 10 credits to test the service. To request your trial pack, please contact your PriceVent account manager.
Are purchased credits refundable or transferable?
Credits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable, as each purchase immediately grants access to AI‑powered infrastructure resources and processing capacity reserved for your account. This ensures guaranteed performance, data isolation, and real‑time scalability for every discovery run. However, credits remain valid until fully consumed, with no expiration period.
