Will I be informed of price changes?

Yes, this is the main advantage of using PriceVent. You can activate your email alerts to stay up to date with your competitors’ price moves. You can configure the frequency of these alerts, daily, weekly or immediate (when we detect price changes for the products you follow). These alerts can be turned on and off whenever you want. You can set the exact time to receive these alerts and reports by email.

What kind of knowledge do I need to use PriceVent?

You do not need any technical knowledge. All you need to do is to copy and paste the web addresses of the products you want to follow. Once you have entered these addresses into the system, everything happens automatically. You will notice the first update after 24 hours.

What is the maximum number of products I can monitor?

With the Premium plan you can monitor up to 10000 products, but we can track virtually any number of products. If you need to follow more than 10000 products, we invite you to contact us.

Can I monitor competitors who display prices in other currencies? (€, £, $, etc.)

Yes. PriceVent is an international solution that addresses global markets. Depending on your preferences, you can display prices in local currency or converted to other currencies using the official exchange rate.

What is the product matching?

Product matching is the correspondence between your products and those of your competitors. Matching is an essential requirement for using PriceVent. The correlation can be done in self-service mode, ie directly by you, or with our support, an option that involves an additional cost calculated according to the associated effort.

Can I monitor other information such as delivery price, delivery time?

Upon request, we can customize the functionalities so that you have access to extensive information from competitors.

Can I check the availability of competitors' stocks?

Of course, in addition to price information, you will have access to information on the availability of products from your competitors’ stocks.

How often do you monitor prices?

Depending on your plan, we can update the prices of the monitored products once or twice a day. We have the option to update less often if your business is in an area where no daily updates are required. We can offer customized updates on request, especially in highly competitive markets where prices change every hour. Please contact us for a personalized plan and more options for updating prices.

Does PriceVent require installation?

No. PriceVent is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution. So you don’t need a server or an installation.

On what devices can I use PriceVent?

PriceVent is available and can be used on any device (desktop or laptop, smartphone, tablet).

Do you offer technical assistance?

Yes. Regardless of the chosen plan, you benefit from dedicated assistance. You can contact us by email, chat or phone, anytime from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:30. All requests for support will be answered within a maximum of 24 hours, on working days, and starting with Monday, in the case of requests placed on non-working days.

Can I have more than one user to use PriceVent?

Can I export reports from PriceVent?

Yes, you can export reports in multiple formats, Excel, Word, RTF, XML, CSV. A variety of options are available in the PriceVent reporting module to help you build custom reports.

Can I monitor prices with or without VAT?

Yes. PriceVent can display prices with or without VAT, depending on your choice.

What is the Dynamic Pricing module?

The Dynamic Pricing module can be used with any PriceVent plan! Activation is on request and involves additional costs.

Can my competitors find out that I am monitoring their prices?

How much does PriceVent cost?

€ 49, € 99, € 199 or € 299. Compare the characteristics of each plan and choose the one that suits your business.

How do I pay?

As a prefered payment method we gladly accept SEPA bank transfer.

Can I get invoices for my payments?

Absolutely. Montly invoices are sent by email.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. PriceVent is a monthly paid service with no minimum contract length.

Can I cancel my service?

You can cancel you plan at any time and give up the service permanently or temporarily. If you decide to leave PriceVent, the plan will not be renewed at the end of the monthly billing cycle.

Can I try PriceVent for free?

Yes! Feel free to try PriceVent before buying. We offer 14-days free trial. No credit card or contract required.

How does the free trial works?

After signing up for the free trial period, you will have access to all PriceVent features for 14 days.

What happens at the end of the trial period?

If the service meets your requirements, you can continue to use it for a fee. If you decide not to purchase a plan after the trial period, then the account will expire and you will not be able to access it

What is the difference between monthly and annual payment?

Regardless of the commitment, the functionalities and features remain the same. Monthly billing gives you flexibility and freedom, while annual billing gives you predictability, and a 16% discount. That’s 2 months of free service.

Do you offer any discounts or rebates?

Yes! When you choose to pay in advance for one year of service, we offer you a 16% discount. This is equivalent to 2 months of free service! Occasionally there may be promotions subject to certain terms and conditions.
