The number of matches generated is estimated and depends on real-time results. Each product search can return between 0 and 10 results, and credits are consumed per search. In the best-case scenario—where 10 valid matches are found per product, you can achieve up to 10× the number of credits in actual matches (e.g., 100 credits → up to 1000 matches).
Usage is always transparent. Credit consumption is calculated before each run so you’re in full control. You can choose how to run discovery for each product: By Code (ProductCode) – 1 credit per search; By Name (ProductName) – 1 credit per search; By Both – 2 credits per product

How can I pay for PriceVent?
Simple and easy, by bank transfer or online, 100% secure with Visa or Mastercard.
Can I get invoices for my payments?
Absolutely. Invoices are sent with every successful payment via email to the registered email address.
Is there a minimum term?
No. PriceVent is a monthly pay as you go service with no contracts.
Can I cancel my plan?
Absolutely! You can cancel your plan anytime. If you decide to cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
What if I want to change my plan?
When you upgrade your plan, changes are applied immediately. When you downgrade your plan, changes are applied at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Please feel free to try it before you decide that it’s right for your company – we offer a 14 day free trial.
How does the 14-days free trial work?
After you sign up for your trial, you get access to all the features in PriceVent for 14 days. You don’t have to pay anything or enter your credit card information.
What happens at the end of my trial?
You can continue to use the service by deciding to sign up for a plan. But if you don’t purchase a plan, then your account will expire and you won’t be able to access it anymore.
What's the difference between monthly and annual plans?
Annual commitments give you predictability. Additionally, annual commitments allow you to unlock 16% discount.
Do you offer any discount?
Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, we offer a 16% discount. That is equivalent with 2 months of service free of charge!
